What to include in a first email
- Your company, website or store link, and the market you sell into.
- The shapes you want, with reference photos or links if you have them.
- The wood species you prefer, or the look and feel you are after.
- A quantity range per style, and the date the goods need to be in your warehouse.
- Branding: engraving artwork status, labels, boxes and packaging.
With these, the first reply can name a workshop route, a sampling plan and a reference MOQ instead of a list of questions. Use the quote form to send them in one go.

Workshop visits and video walk-throughs are arranged per program after the brief is clear. Ask the desk when you are ready to sample.
