SV-00Grain station for wooden kitchenware buyers

Wooden kitchen utensils, chosen wood first

SylvanSet is a sourcing desk for brands, cookshops and gift buyers who need custom or private label wooden utensil programs. Pick the wood, pick the shape, give us a quantity range, and we route the program to a verified partner workshop in the right production belt.

  • MOQ Stock designs typically from about 500 pcs per style; fully custom shapes typically 1,000+
  • SAMPLE Stock sample about 3-5 working days; custom sample about 7-15
  • BULK Typically 30-45 days after sample approval

Reference ranges from the production belts we work in. Final figures are confirmed in writing for each program. How MOQ and lead time are set

01

The grain station

A wooden utensil program starts with the species: density, tone, grain and the story your customers will read on the packaging. These are the woods our partner workshops shape most often. Each opens a guide with character and program notes.

How a program is made

STOCK

Existing shapes, your brand

Workshops keep carving patterns for the classic spoons, spatulas and spurtles. Choosing a stock shape keeps quantities low, samples fast and lead times short. Your logo goes on by laser engraving, with private label packaging.

Private label options

CUSTOM

Custom shapes, from your drawing

A new silhouette starts with a drawing or a sample to copy. The workshop carves a master, you approve a golden sample, and production follows it. Custom tooling is why fully custom shapes start at higher quantities.

What the desk does on every program

  1. Brief and wood choice. We read your reference, confirm the species and shape list, and pick the workshop.
  2. Samples. A stock sample to feel the wood, then a custom sample with your engraving and finish.
  3. Written confirmation. MOQ, unit price, species, finish, engraving and lead time confirmed in writing before any deposit.
  4. Production checks. Sanding smoothness, moisture control, crack checks and a final inspection to an agreed plan.
  5. Packing and shipping. Sleeves, boxes and cartons to your spec, shipped on the agreed terms.

Quality control · Testing and compliance · Care guidance for your customers
